Project Overview:
The biggest characteristic of river pebble is high hardness and strong abrasion, which will cause great wear to crusher and sand making machine in actual production. Therefore, the river pebble production line should pay attention to the rationality of process configuration, so as to reduce the wear cost. At present, the typical configuration mode is: the feeder with screening function is used, jaw crusher is used to deal with the large blocks of raw materials, and fine jaw crusher or cone crusher is used to deal with the small and medium-sized materials in the raw materials and the materials broken by the primary jaw crusher. The material after second crushing can go directly into the shaping equipment (impact crusher / vertical shaft impact crusher), and the finished material can be divided into the screening equipment. The return material is returned to the shaping equipment, thus entering the production crushing cycle.
The site selected: ZSW300*90 feeder, PE500*750 jaw crusher, PYB900 cone crusher, 4YA1548 vibrating screen, XSD sand washing machine.
